The Purposehood of a business is to evolve and expand exponentially. This Purposehood can only be realized by one thing—not strategy, not market conditions, not value propositions, not even capital—only people. Workers with unleashed potentiality will create a winning strategy, develop resilience to market conditions, improve value propositions, and generate capital. Simply put, if one person can change the course of history and the future of humanity, one person can also change the future of a business positively or negatively. Your job as a business leader or as a leader of any kind of organization is to:
Empower those with a clear Purposehood that is aligned with the Purposehood of your business. Those are the creators who live their own Purposehood at work and feel they are on a mission there.
Help those coworkers who are misdirected (toward being a consumer or a martyr) in finding the Purposehood of their lives first and then help them align it with the Purposehood of the business or organization.
Find the destroyers and remove them from the organization.
Once you do so, then you will have an unstoppable business that will evolve and expand exponentially, positively impacting the lives of everyone touched and the future of your organization, humanity, nature, and existence.
