How to build habit-forming practices for your intentional life.
Without practices that charge your will and resilience, widen your awareness, and turn your empowering beliefs into habits, your journey to a life of gratitude with happiness, success, and fulfillment will be short-lived.
With constant suffering in the jungle of life, it’s understandable that people are desperate for quick fixes in their search for relief. Trends come and go promising healing, ease of suffering, a life of joy, and a cure to every ailment in family, business, and society. All you need to do is buy this one book, subscribe to a program, follow a few step process, eat this diet, do this one lifestyle change, practice yoga, exercise with machine, meditate, or buy into whatever is the latest product or service designed for desperate people. Yet, the suffering from stress, anxiety, and regrets continues to rise with no solution in sight.
The solution can only comes from realizing that transformation can’t happen without addressing five areas in your life: belief, mindfulness, giving, wellness, and belonging. These are the Five Streams of Potentiality.
Ammar sought fulfillment at a young age by exploring anthropology and world religions spending ten years with Sufi masters and religious scholars, studying, teaching, and subsequently serving as a cleric. Later he focused on entrepreneurship, where he pursued success by starting and seed-investing in over thirty businesses with thousands of employees, four of which are currently led by members of YPO, a global leadership community of chief executives. Ammar's startup spirit extended to volunteering in YPO, where he is a founding member of eleven chapters spanning four continents, positively impacting their communities. He also founded the YPO Change Makers Club where members and spouses share their expertise with the wider community.
Ammar holds an engineering degree from the University of Central Florida, and he is a Harvard Business School alumnus from "The President's Program in Leadership."
After a near-death experience followed by an eleven-year deep dive into the meaning of life, today Ammar is focused on working with Purposehood®️ therapists, life engineers, and business engineers, both volunteers and professionals to spark a movement to unleash the potentiality of every human toward their existential purpose in order to build a better future for all.
