Make purpose the engine of your rapid growth

Companies with a clear existential purpose perform 5X better than competitors. Most business leaders know this as 80% of them said so, but only 37% say their business model and operations are aligned with purpose today. This gap created a multibillion dollar rush to purpose consulting by major players, but the fact remains that most employees (87%) are still disengaged. How could an engine of growth run efficiently if most its pistons are disengaged?

A company’s purpose is not designed by consultants, it’s engineered by its stakeholders.

The only way forward is for the stakeholders to discover the existential purpose of the company, its Purposehood, the why of its existence and the reason the world needs it to grow. And then align that Purposehood with the Purposehoods of its stakeholders.

The goal of this workshop is to apply The Purposehood® Method to unleash the growth potential of your business by unleashing the potentiality of every employee. The workshop is designed for 24 hours of learning but can be customized for each company.

You will work in groups (of mainly employees but also could include key investors, customers, board members, and suppliers)

Ammar Charani

Ammar sought fulfillment at a young age by exploring anthropology and world religions spending ten years with Sufi masters and religious scholars, studying, teaching, and subsequently serving as a cleric. Later he focused on entrepreneurship, where he pursued success by starting and seed-investing in over thirty businesses with thousands of employees, four of which are currently led by members of YPO, a global leadership community of chief executives. Ammar's startup spirit extended to volunteering in YPO, where he is a founding member of eleven chapters spanning four continents, positively impacting their communities. He also founded the YPO Change Makers Club where members and spouses share their expertise with the wider community.

Ammar holds an engineering degree from the University of Central Florida, and he is a Harvard Business School alumnus from "The President's Program in Leadership."

After a near-death experience followed by an eleven-year deep dive into the meaning of life, today Ammar is focused on working with Purposehood®️ therapists, life engineers, and business engineers, both volunteers and professionals to spark a movement to unleash the potentiality of every human toward their existential purpose in order to build a better future for all.
