How to be happy, successful, and fulfilled at work
Work is not just a job or career, but anything you do to achieve a goal. It is essential for your development. You’ve been working since you were born to learn new skills, study, help around the house, volunteer, develop hobbies, or hold jobs. That work is an inseparable part of who you are. Your interactions with coworkers, clients, suppliers, and shareholders can be identified in any work setting, whether business, housework, or any other goal-based pursuit. These goals and relationships form an important part of your identity and self- worth. At work, you sharpen your skills, set goals, co-create, profit, innovate, construct, achieve, and establish comradery. The more you are aware and connected with all your work components, the wider your “I” is.
