We are facing tremendous challenges on daily based that come at us from every angle. Some we can do something about, but many we can’t, which leads to helplessness and depression.
How to live and grow with ease.
When you are faced with challenges that are out of your control and there’s nothing you can do to change them, the only thing you can still do is to turn inward and change yourself.
Mindfulness is the intention of increasing awareness of your extensions of being in order to instill a grateful state within yourself. It is the ability to awaken your conscious mind at will. It is the liberty to enter the realm of higher beings, where actions are not driven by mindless impulses but by intentionality. It’s the ability to observe, recognize, and intervene if needed in order to create a positive outcome. Having this ability is what makes you, me, and every human an active participant in creating the future.
Contrary to some views, mindfulness is not a passive state. It is an active state that puts the mind in the pilot seat as we navigate through life. And just like a navigation system operates mainly on autopilot, a pilot is present to set the destination, monitor progress, and take charge when needed. A mindless person’s thoughts come after their words or actions, while a mindful person’s thoughts come before their words and actions.
