This easy to follow existential therapy can serve as a quick intervention in as little as one session or as a long term engagement with life and business coaching.
How to help individuals, couples, groups, and business stakeholders find and live their purpose.
The world is full of existential challenges and urgently needs everyone to discover and live their life’s purpose.
Today, in the jungle of life, over 450 million people around the world live with mental illnesses; and one in every 13 people globally suffer from anxiety especially children between 13 and 18 years old. Also, more than 264 million people suffer from depression and around one million people die by suicide each year. It’s estimated that for every suicide, there are 25 attempts. At work, 87% of employees are disengaged as they waste 1/3 of their lives in jobs that don’t align with their purpose. But there’s hope. You can inspire people, as a paid or volunteer coach, to become the best version of themselves, as you help them discover their existential purpose, live a healthy physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual life with their families, friends, and at work. All in harmony with nature and existence. You can be the conduit of happiness, success, and fulfillment for people who are suffering from stress, anxiety, and regrets or who are simply looking to unleash their potentiality.
The Purposehood® Method is the only method which is based on a practical philosophy for a life worth living, rooted in ancient wisdom and practices combined with the latest scientific research and discoveries.
