Our story


If the Universe, at the macro scale can be explained in one equation, then why consider happiness a complicated thing to achieve? Trying to become and stay happy got me looking for that one thing to take me there.

After years and years studying philosophies and religions, meeting with gurus, reading books on topics like self-improvement, dealing with challenges, I found the essence of it:"have a higher purpose and do good".

What I found is that there are five elements to help people become and stay happy. You will find them in all religions and all the ancient philosophies.

I call them The Five Auras of Happiness:
Beliefs, Mindfulness, Giving, Wellness, Belonging

My challenge with all these philosophies, religions, books that teach you how to get better, is that they are so complicated. The very simple solution, common to all I read and search, that one and only answer to achieve and keep your happiness is: start the day with the intention to accomplish a daily selfless act. Ask yourself:"for all the blessings I have in my life, what selfless act I intend to do today?".
